Before shopping for homes, speak with a lender to get pre-approved for a mortgage. This helps you understand your budget and strengthens your offer when you're ready to buy.
- Start your Search
With your criteria in mind for ideal location, budget, must-haves, and deal breakers, we’ll tour homes, evaluate options, and narrow down the best fit.
- Make an Offer
Once we find you "the one," I’ll help you craft a competitive offer based on market value and guide you through negotiations.
- Under Contract & Due Diligence
After your offer is accepted, we’ll schedule inspections, finalize your loan, and review all necessary paperwork to ensure there are no surprises.
- Closing Day
Once all the details are squared away, it’s time to sign the final documents, get your keys, and celebrate!
