MKO Realty

I'm Jena Latuszek, a REALTOR®  and the owner of MKO Realty, brokered by OWN Real Estate here in Coastal Virginia.

After serving in military intelligence, I transitioned into the private sector, where I spent the next 12 years building a successful career in advertising.

As I expanded my own real estate portfolio, I discovered a deep passion for the industry and recognized the transformative power of homeownership. That passion led me to pursue real estate full time, where I now dedicate myself to helping others achieve their homeownership and investment goals.

In addition to my professional experience, I’m also a proud mother of three amazing children and have been a military family for the past 13 years during their fathers' active-duty time.

I know firsthand the emotional and logistical challenges that come with relocating. My family and I have moved to different states over five times, three of those being cross-country moves, before settling in Virginia permanently. Our family has also endured a total of 11 deployments.

From these experiences I bring a unique level of empathy and insight to servicemembers & military families navigating similar transitions. I don’t just understand your challenges - I’ve lived them.

Whether you're buying your first home, selling, or growing your investment portfolio, my mission is to deliver an exceptional experience rooted in trust, professionalism, and results.

I look forward to the opportunity to serve your real estate needs.

Sincerely,

J
